These are terrible weightlifting shoes. You want a flat solid sole not that spacing or cushioning. Would not buy is using for squats or deadlifts.

The deadlift is the simplest solution of all power lifts when it comes to footwear: None. When I hit the 400's I belt-up, lose the shoes & start taking the weight serious in my way up. (humble...

when squatting heavy, you don't want different foam support across the width of your foot. It can affect your balance and you risk injury.

This is simply untrue. The reason why the lifted heel gives better squat mobility (hip, ankle and torso angle) is the same reason why a lifted heel may not benefit someone deadlifting. There IS a...

If I am horrible at squats and fairly weak with legs, do I need to bother with these as opposed to wearing just flat shoes? I usually just do bar squats with not too much weight (yet).

Hi. I've been wanting this item for awhile now, but now, I don't know. Do I really need this if I don't have ankle mobility issues? I can squat all the way down in regular shoes.

Lol, I'm one of the few people that understands what sect of weight training these shoes are even for. Yeah, you can use an elevated heel for deadlifts. You can also run in these if you really want....
