I play civ 5 on high at full 1080p. The on-board GPU is better than any other laptop cpu (except this chips big brother, the 2700u) but less powerful than the mx 150. In short, the you can...

This is a 2500u, not quite as powerful as the 2700u. Both are fine for general use and light/older gaming. This 2500u is on par with an Intel i5 8th gen mobile CPU, but the graphics are closer to a...

Yes the new 2700U is a great chip from AMD. The i7 is about 10-20% faster on benchmarks but the integrated graphics of the 2700u chip is better than those on the i7 chip. For the price the vast...

Not really. First, both AMD and Intel laptop cpus have comparable levels of power consumption and heat output. Both are usually around 35-45 watts. Second, Intel and AMD cpus both have comparable...

It will be one stick of 8 gig but there will be a second slot. My wife has the previous year's model with an Intel i3 and it has two ram spots but only 1 is populated.

Based on the reviews suggesting that the 2700u was comparable to the i7 8550u plus mx150 gpu, I had really high hopes for this 2 in 1. But it didn't live up to those hopes in the 2 weeks I owned...
