When it says Focal Length:2.8mm (4.0mm optional) -- how can I get the cameras with 4mm lens? 2.8mm is usually too high FOV for any respectable ID.

You'd probably be better off buying the 8 cam 16 port, but if you want nicer low light cameras to supplement the 4 cam kit, the starlight's run around $150-$170 each

You would only have one camera at a time in a single 100Mb port, the switch backplane throughput should be much more although I'm struggling to find specs on the nvr

Their specs sheet is confusing and needs clarification. Stated range in Celsius is -30 to 60 which is -22 to 140 F, not +22 F. Other IP67 weatherproof cams have similar range.
