I got mine from a number port BYOD in October. The rebate came around the beginning of Feb.
I have two more that I am waiting on for number ports with new phone orders that are showing "Qualified"...

Anyone got XR unlocked? After unlocking will it be same as universal unlocked phone? Meaning will it work anywhere outside USA? Somephones do not have frequency bands.
