No, the difference between 3200 MHz and 3600 MHz is not much. Anything over 3200Mhz you'd be overspending.

You're going with the current fastest amd non threadripper processor(same as mine) Don't go cheap on RAM or you won't get the full power of the 2700x. Go at least for the AMD recommended gskill 3200...

Bad thing about this ram is that the rgb lighting does not shut off while your computer is hibernating. Other than that this looks like a good deal.
