You can undetvolt it over 100mv easily and the heat becomes more or less in line with 1060. Tho id still get 1060 out of box unless freesync is necessaey

You do that, and it runs LOUD. My old RX 480 was by far the loudest thing in my case, and that had better cooling with a perforated side door giving it fresh air. There's no give when a card runs...
