As fast or slow as Sprint data is in whatever area you are in. Sprint is the least reliable service in my area. Since I have a bunch of Sprint capable phones and Sims I turned it on for $0.

No, AT&T and T-Mobile are GSM, and it says it won't work with those providers. It says they use CDMA and that Sprint and Verizon will work. I don't know about Boost or Virgin (also CDMA).
