I think your company got a bad batch or something. I work for a company with about the same amount of employees, and every cube is outfitted with a Leap V2. I’ve literally only sat in two of these...

I have had the Gesture chair for over two years now. It's nice, but can be uncomfortable sometimes. I really like the Think though.

Our office of 4000 employees all have Steelcase chairs - something like $1000 a piece. I’d say 20% of them have tears in them after less than 5 years. The company has now switched exclusively to Hon...

These chairs are only good for their sturdiness and warranty. You're definitely not paying for comfort. I've used the Leap, Gesture, Amia and Think at work. Everyone of them was a 'meh' experience....

You should be fine then. When I made my purchase it was via online with a help of a live chat cause the chair I wanted didn't have an option on their website for the headrest version. Chat rep told...

Cancelled my order with Office Designs due to a sudden change of invoice price. Ended up getting my chair from The Human Solution. I called them up and asked if they offer a 15% discount on...

That's unfortunate, I imagined spending the extra $100+ on headrest option would ensure a decent headrest. If I couldn't get another with a good headrest I might consider other chairs, as not having...

Definitely try first. I went expecting to like Aeron and liked the leap better. I would not advise the head rest. It is not mobile or removable . Agent said most of the leap return stock was because...

Purchased a SteelCase Gesture with headrest and they taxed me here in SoCal. Apparently they have a distribution hub here. Make sure you check if they charge you taxes before checking out.

They are legit retailer for herman miller, steelcase, etc. I remember as they only have a store on IL, so most of the states won't even pay taxes as well.

These chairs are not monster cables. You get what you pay for. Businesses who buy thousands of these at a time are not stupid. Madison seating and a bunch of other places don't sell new chairs...

Check your local used business furniture stores. I bought an Office Star chair with all the adjustments for $25. They couldn't match it with any of the bulk sets so they were basically pushing it out...
