They give you the card number instantly and you get to pick the PIN. You will not get the CVC code though so you can't sign up to manage your card until you receive the physical card I believe.

Right, but my point was that this card is beneficial for getting cards cheaper and for that occasional stop at Target. You can always find something else to burn the coupon on in the meantime.

FYI for those curious, once you get approved, it's 7-10 days to get the card. Sometimes it comes faster, but that's the standard arrival time from approval. So this 30 off 100 probably won't coincide...
