Yeah and $3 is 5 times cheaper than $15 lol. Depends on what you need them for. Personally I could use some to make different boot disks. 5 of them for $15 or 5 for $75.

Thanks OP, picked a few of these up. If you are curious, out of the box, using Blackmagic disk speed test, I'm getting about 8MB/sec write and 26MB/sec read on these drives.

Get a Samsung USB 3.1 bar flash drive instead. They make the best NAND and it's got a durable metal housing. 200mbps reads would clobber what is probably around 25mbps on this chincey less reliable...
