It's a navigation unit, but you have to buy the adddiotnal GPS system if you want to use it (the Pioneer AVIC-U280), and few people do that.

Pioneer has upgraded the mechanism that detects if the car is moving. Used to be that it simply made sure the parking brake was set, and that was pretty easily bypassed by a MicroBypass or the like....

Without looking at your wiring diagram I can't be sure, but assuming your current woofers are doing the crossover portion, you could probably just replace them with any set of high-sensitivity 6.5...
