Just get a camera with the lines built in if you want them. You can usually cut a loop to disable them if you want them out of the image.

It's a navigation unit, but you have to buy the adddiotnal GPS system if you want to use it (the Pioneer AVIC-U280), and few people do that.

Unless something new has come out, the bypasses do not work for the 2018 models. They only work on the parking brake portion, not the VSS and GPS portion.

Yup, if your module requires that expensive harness, it will do multiple things if you have it already, so if you SWC, then that module will retain it.
