A similar thing happened to my friend. He changed the band out for a generic ventilated on one eBay. I think any standard 20mm band will work.

Fyi... I had the amazfit pace and loved it. Showered everyday and no problems. However, took it for a swim in a salt water pool and it destroyed my battery. Battery life is now only 8 hours or so....
