Yes, you will have to create a new PIA account with a different email address. I had to do this last time when I had another month to my sub. So I had 2 accounts in one month.

It means while PIA might not log your VPN traffic the US government has full access to it. If all you care about is stopping MPAA notices that's probably adequate.
