Yep. Another option to refuse delivery is reaching out to FedEx twitter support. I’ve done it that way a few times without any problems.

Yes it was for me. I used my Google voice number for the Nexus 5x deal a few years back. So unless something changed, it will satisfy the port in requirement.

Just so you're aware Google store and Fi use two different finance companies so if you refuse delivery on your first order you will have to go through another credit app from Fi's finance company....
