It is not a great situation of you live there, unless you retire there, but it is a great spot for tourists to visit. The rainforest was amazing, but is still not recovered I would imagine....

Culebra is beautiful and known for its beaches. Highly recommend going. I was there in March and it wasn't affected like the main island.

You must be new. Southwest is NEVER listed in flight search websites -- Orbitz, Priceline, Kayak, Google Flights, anyone else will NOT list SW flights. You specifically need to go to the SW website...
