Apparently there is another promotion called Free month of Fi. That's why they gave a Fi credit for the full bill. The 200$ is seperate and will get it after the 45 days as per support. Nice......

For anyone wondering, the promotion is one per person, not one per account. I signed up for a family plan with 3 phone purchases and 1 Byod. My confirmation page showed three separate travel credits.
