I don't think you would qualify since you didn't buy from a store. I am sure you need to show PayPal an order receipt from a store. I can be wrong, though.

I went through requesting refund for return shipping but the process is tedious. They ask for everything so make sure you document all the returns including taking picture of return shipping label.
