Kroger stores (and their affiliates) have 4x fuel points now as well so if you can use the fuel plus have an AMEX blue cash preferred card (6% back at grocery stores) you can make out quite nicely...

Limit is 2 GCs every 24 hrs. If you need more, I would continue to buy more every 24 hrs until the promotion is gone or if the % discount changes (which usually happens)

Wiki is incorrect Samsung Pay cannot be installed on international or ROOTED phones. Unlocked phones are fine, but if a phone is rooted then Knox Verification has been tampered with and Samsung flags...

Yep! I usually use my Target Red Debt card to get 5% off at B&M. Side note is that using ebay GC invalidates the PayPal "free return shipping offer." If that's a big deal to you then be prudent...
