The HDD should be mounted on the opposite side, if you open the other door it should be towards the bottom. They probably just forgot to initialize it like they did mine. Unless you got the 9900...

I told you guys a week ago to disregard Walmart's delivery estimate. These are not ready to ship when ordered, they are being built when ordered. Mine arrived 5 days after the estimate, no big deal.

If it shows up under Device Manager and drivers are installed then you probably just need to initialize it in Disk Management. I had the same problem.

When you move the m.2 to the third slot it might have disabled the hdd if it's on the same channel. Otherwise you should be able to see the drive on the backside as it's pretty hard to miss a 3.5....
