From reading the OP's post, I think it's one $3,500 Toyota rebate and one $3,500 off MSRP mark down from the dealer. So the answer is there is: no 2 $3500 rebates.

Got a premium for $25862 OTD in NJ today. The PA tax rate is 6 percent and the MSRP of $30,293. Then we get the federal credit of $4500 and $750 from PA state and another whopping $50 from PECO.
