Those prices do not include the state e-filing and may not even include the state preparation. For Deluxe with E-Filing, I think the $39.99 at Costco, Amazon, Target or Sam's remains the least...

FYI, you can upgrade from Premier to H&B for $10 from within the program (same as the price difference here). So you just need to look for a low price on Premier.
