You need to download the Netflix app on the iPhone or the iPad and then subscribe through that. Once you do this, the subscription will actually be in iTunes. You do not do it directly in the iTunes...

Just pick Chase Pay for the payment after you click on More+ at the payment page. You have to be registered to receive quarterly 5% from Chase Freedom card though. If you hadn't, it is too late.

Are you using a Visa card or a PayPal account linked to a Visa card by any chance? I’ve had difficulty purchasing gift cards in the past because of Visa’s authentication process.
