You gotta keep an eye out for better offers. Those don't last long. I and my wife have netted around $1K each over the last few years. And that's given we are quite picky with the offers.

Thats correct. The offer is one per SSN. I have used the last Staples/Lowes offer without any issues.

I've done it before on GC's at Lowe's, no issues. My Lowe's in Southern California has Arco and Shell. Arco is cheapest gas so that's what I'll be buying, or possibly just a VGC.

I have the lowes 10% on my BCE card. Strange. Read the terms and it does specify business card only. I’m worried this won’t work if I try to redeem it.

Exclusions are bulk gift purchases, they’ve always had that text. I bought a Lowe’s gift card just before the last offer ended and credited fine. As did 3rd party ones.
