Android One should be at the front of the list for security and OS updates. You lose using the finger print sensor as trackpad as a big tradeoff. That and some custom Moto software is removed.

That is correct. Wireless sound system (hooking up multiple Bluetooth speakers) is also missing. These are 2 of the best features on the X4.

The Android One edition has a fingerprint reader and it is enabled. You just can't use it for navigation.
