I have the unlimited basic plan and the video streaming hardly works, it says 480p but most of the time it buffers and even kicks me down to as low as 144p. Talk & text is very good though.

I think free voice and sms is great on Sprint too. Always have -110 dbm or worse -.114dbm. calls go through but data is always 1 to 2 bars. I run speed test I'm usually over 50mbs I don't get it....

"Checking their coverage" is...disingenuous at best. have someone you know who's ON SPRINT test with you what the delay/lag/LTE is like. Coverage maps are all lies/inaccurate.

Hotspot works on both of my Moto phones with no need to root. I just put the phone in airplane mode for a couple seconds and then as soon as I turn off airplane mode, I turn the hotspot on. Works...
