I had been looking for a laptop with a 1060 for a good price, but this plus a monitor is cheaper than pretty much anything I had seen so far. Since I was always going to be stationary anyway, I...

Price is now $499.99! Should I just buy this or wait for a bit longer since new CPU/GPU came out? Also, wondering if the Included Free game bundle are saleable?

Would it be hard to add ram if I wanted 16 gigs? I assume it’s not worth the $200 for the faster processor if I just want to game with it? Also, is the 580 VR capable?

IMO the extra $200 is not worth it. The processor is worth maybe an extra $80, the ram about $60. You are paying a bit more then the parts are worth to go for the $800 system. As for upgrading...

Most of the standard desktops these brands sell are upgradable, you just have to check them before you buy. If everything is standard ATX, then you are usually good.
