Yes and No. fresh food, produce section as well as bulk items are very comparable or even cheaper than any other grocer. Aisle items are expensive.

The Sprouts app also has coupons and special promos. You can download it and put the coupons/promos under their scanner for better savings. But... this deal should not work with the coupons.
