I also have a 2007 Rav 4 and it has the infamous burning oil issue. I put in Mobile 0w-20 full synthetic last time and it burned thru all in 5 months.

In the US full synthetic is the same as 100% synthetic. It just means all group iii or higher base oil. Now if you are referring to group iv pao then nothing on the label will tell you unless it says...

I have been using the Platinum Pennzoil Synthetic in my Lexus IS F for over three years now with zero issues. For synthetic, it's in the top three or four (Mobile, Pennzoil, Valvoline, Castrol)
