You need the low pressure feature to do yogurt. The Instant Pot Deluxe also lacks low pressure. You need a Duo or above model.

None of the electric pressure cookers are approved for pressure canning because they can't sustain 15psi. You can do water bath canning of acidic foods, I believe.
