Worked fine once I changed the PayPal method from my bank to debit card instead. It gave me an error about there being a problem with payment until I did that. Yum!

You do not need to use the app to order. Just save the offers to your account, then place order at www.subway.com. The app was not working for me, so i placed order online. Worked like a charm!

Check your payment methods. Also, when you ordered, did you tell the cashier that you want to pay with the app? There's some buttons they have to hit on their point of sale system to do this.
