I probably wouldn't get the bread knife. you don't need SG2 for reven had bread.
You guys should chek out the Tojiro ITK bread knife or a Mercer Genesis Bread knife, even a wisthof Pro bread knife

For some of us we want a matching set. That's why I ended up with the bread knife. Yup, nobody needs an SG2 bread knife but it matches.
