You can wear whatever shoe for walking, but it’s not as comfortable as walking/running shoes. Theses weight shoes have a flat bottom and thicker one for balance support.

It depends on what you're doing. Metcon 3 will likely serve you better if you need a durable flat sole and better heel support for squats and powerlifting movements.

They aren’t bad , I wouldn’t go passed 250lb on these are they are on the softer side of metcons . They offer a +2 or +4 offset I forget which so that can be good or bad depending on your body habitus
