They photoshopped the Nintendo logos off the actual snes classic in the first picture. The second image is what you'd really get. All other pictures are of that....thing.

Found this thread because it is still for sale over at Woot. Best part is that it is a blatant rip off of the SNES body which is 16bit, but it only has 8 bit games according to the description. ...
