there are very few issues at all except people not following the rules. Just go thru the proper procedures and you will get your rebate. It is time limited but that is clearly explained in the terms....

The annual fee for the card is $595 and that doesn't guarantee that you will have the 10% back offer. You do get the $100 dell credit twice a year though.

There have been tons of complaints about people not getting their rebate. One that I got last year, the card stopped working LESS than 6 months after receipt. Issuer refuses to reissue the card.
