I have not used the DR03. I prefer the stealthier DR02D. I doubt there is much difference as they have the same image sensor.

Only if you can leave them powered on all the time. You would need to hardwire it or have a cigarette outlet that does not turn off when the vehicle turns off. You cant rely on the cameras battery...

Don’t recommend either myself. Also when playing back 1080 recordings on 1080 tv, minor pixelation causing license plates to be unreadable speeds over 25 mph.
