Saw the same offer last year. Didn't work then, does not work now, so consistent at least. :( I installed it on chrome, firefox and edge with no luck. I'm also a prime member for the past few years.

For me, the $3 promo was in the assistant, the Discover promo was a banner at the top of my cart, and this promo was a rather boring plain text line right below the item price where you usually apply...
