I bought a 8in Winbook tablet for $100 couple years ago. To this day, it still works perfectly. Can't really say much about laptop, but their tablet was really nice for the price.

I'm a big fan. There's weird typing lag like others have noted. The fn+f7 to lock the touchpad was weird. It's not clear when the touchpad locks or unlocks - but after figuring that out it's fine.
