Yes, I've been buying gift cards from them without incident for several years now. Of course there are always exceptions, but it is a recognized gift card merchant.

My Swych account is locked there, when I did my first purchased $50 Lowe's gift and registered with my Google voice number. Nowadays Swych not allow to use Google voice number to login

Yes apparently it still does. Grabbed another eBay $200 GC last night for $190. I try and keep a few on hand and stack the 5% GC savings onto the ebay promos they typically run once a month or so...
