That has always been the case: 5% for any month with 4 items or less and 15% for any month 5 items or more.

Seems like the S&S rules have changed. My items only received 15% when there is more than 5 items in that particular month. Other month which has only 2-3 items only receive 5%.

They did the same to me this month. Two items had the 15 and the other four only has 5 percent. I had to contact them.

not all items get the 15% when you have 5 or more items. Some items are capped at 5%

I strongly suggest that if you have Subscribe & Save items and have put 5 or more in to get the 15% discount that you look very closely before letting it be processed/charged to your account.
