Usually you do not have to use them all at once, but you DO have to spend them within a few days (usually 30 days).

I qualify for the offer. I put three $20 items in my cart and did not get the 10% bucks, so I think it has to be at least one $50 item. OP, you may need to update the title to note this.

Oh, I figured this out.
The $200 item I am looking at is an Auction that ends outside the Promotion.
So it can't get me % off unless there is another promotion when the auction ends.
