They are open headphones, so yes the sound will leak. If you want closed headphones, I recommend beyerdynamic DT 770 pro. Probably the 32ohm ones if you want to use with a cellphone.

These are open back headphones. They do not have any sound isolation. And they're bulky/unfoldable, so not a good option for traveling. Sony 1000xm3 is one of the best pairs for traveling, IMHO.
