No. 3 years < 48 months since last Sapphire product bonus. Plus you'd have to cancel or downgrade (to CF or CFU) your CSR before applying for another Sapphire product.

Then you either need to cancel the current Sapphire card, or product change it to a Freedom or Freedom Unlimited card. Then you can apply for this offer.

I've had Discover card since 1986, a credit score in the 800s, and my credit limit is $6200. YMMV. My Chase credit limits vary from $16,000 to $21,000. BofA credit limits are $8000 to $13,000.

Just got an email that the 3 months to spend 4000 has been extended to 6 months. Opened account on 3/25. Now I don't have to rush to spend the 4k.

Last day for delta amex gold refer a friend. 60k miles if you spend 2k in 3 months, free annual fee for 1st year...i think this is better. PM if you like. Easier to get approved.
