From what I read employees are limited to 5 CONVERSIONS per year, so they are going to be very selective about who they give it to. But, if you port your number out for a month or two and come back...

As long as the phone is US model and unlocked it should be fine. I'm on sero and I'm using a pixel 3 that I bought from Amazon last week. Just go to a corporate owned store (bring your new phone)...

Hulu was not enabled by default on mine because it was incompatible with unlimited shared nights/weekends at 6pm which somehow survived the conversion despite being useless now.
