No. Contact logitech with your invoice. I believe logitech mice have 2 year warranty. They will send you a new one. Logitech has been great with their warranties.

I've owned one of these for a couple years now. Very nice mouse, however for some reason it eats batteries very quickly. I'm replacing the 2 AA batteries roughly ever 4-5 days. Maybe I'm unlucky.

Great mouse. Been using it at work for the past month. Love having programmable buttons because it means less keyboard presses, and I use a lot of Ctrl+ shortcuts.
