The trick is to say something is wrong/missing, they’ll refund it completely. If you say something was cold and inedible as intended they don’t care. It was missing HEAT.

The driver doesn’t see most of those fees, those go to Uber. If a driver provides quality service, yes they deserve a tip. The rest of the fees are a lazy tax you’re paying to Uber.
