They don't have CA in the drop down menu for state, so looks like you have to call to apply for certain states.

how long did it take you to get your $200 credit? I spent the $500 minimum 2 days after getting the card (actually $585) and still have not received the $200 credit yet and that was 3 months ago

More than likely they will deduct $500 and if you do not make any other charges you will have a credit on your account when they post the $215.
