Guess they've seriously gone downhill. I haven't purchased a warranty from them in years since they skyrocketed in price but the last claim for a 65" lg 3d hdtv was paid out zero issues within a week.

Same here, many many moons ago I bought one of the first plasma TVs from BB which, let’s just say had an untimely demise, ST sent a check for the price within days no questions asked after that...

Squaretrade stinks. My GF had it for a TV and when the TV failed, it took two weeks for them to finally offer her a new TV, and they use a high pressure method to get you to choose a substandard TV....
