The Code TRICKUS did work for 30 days free, however! So the site said I had free service until 5/22. I did the trick of canceling to see if the site would offer me another 30 days free. It did!...

Alas, shudder.com accepted the EYE2 code but said it gave me "0" free days, and it is saying the GROUPON60 is invalid. Of course, this could be a PEBCAK problem.
