Last I checked, in NY you need to have heat and A/C controlled to get the full rebate. Just heat doesnt do it.

Even if you're able to get around the shipping address change, they'll cancel your order if you're a non-IL / service address for shipping. Had mine cancelled.

It seems you can only buy 2 if you truthfully answer that you need them for multi-family dwelling or similar with more than one thermostat. So bought one at $17.32 for my single family home....
