Worked for me. Added offer in Paypal. Checked out with Subway app and Paypal is my default payment method. Deducted $5, so 2 footlong subs came to $10 and change.

Correction: i believe there is something wrong with ops' link. Log into Paypal, Go to Offers, You will find the subway offer and save it. It worked for me that way.
